Turning off reels, stories and posts when I need to and only just messaging friends has gotten me back into the real world with friends and family and I have so much more time. Incredible!

26 Jun 2025 Love this. When all the options are turned on, instagram feels like social media from 2005: you look just at what you want, and it's not addictive. Plus, it's 100% customizable!
